About Jetset Seeker
Jetset Seeker is more than a travel blog, it is our love letter to the world and your trusted companion for thoughtful exploration. We are Lauren Del Vecchio and Brian Greenfader, the travel-loving couple behind the camera, notebook, and countless boarding passes that make up Jetset Seeker.
For Lauren, travel has been part of her story since before she could walk, quite literally. She took her first international flight before the age of one to visit family abroad, sparking a lifelong love of exploring new places and cultures. That early exposure evolved into something much bigger over the years. While studying at the University of Florida, she spent a semester abroad in Seville, Spain, living with a host family and immersing herself in local life; an experience that deeply shaped how she approaches travel today: with curiosity, connection, and a deep respect for place.
Brian’s travel journey began more modestly, with just one trip to Europe before meeting Lauren. As love would have it, her enthusiasm for exploring the world quickly became contagious. Together, that shared curiosity grew into something extraordinary. Today, we have visited more than 20 countries together, from the neon-lit streets of Osaka to the sun-drenched coastlines of the French Riviera, with many more trips on the horizon.

Jetset Seeker was born from these experiences: the early mornings, the cancelled flights, the unplanned detours that somehow became the best memories. Every recommendation we share, from where to stay to what to skip, comes from our own firsthand experience. We travel, test, refine, and only then press publish, so our readers can plan their own trips with the confidence of local insight and personal storytelling.
We cover everything from major cities like Vienna, Dublin, and Budapest to under-the-radar getaways, including the best day trips from Paris, the best islands near Athens, and local favorites beyond the usual tourist paths. We also make travel easier with detailed itineraries, hotel recommendations, practical guides, and straightforward travel tips—all based on our own real-world travels.
At its core, Jetset Seeker is built on trust, authenticity, and a genuine passion for helping others explore the world. We believe travel has the power to broaden perspectives, deepen understanding, and help us see the world—and each other—with more compassion. Whether you are planning your first trip abroad or your tenth, our goal is to help you see the world with a little more wonder, and a lot less guesswork.
Get to Know Us Better: Meet the Founders

Lauren Del Vecchio
Co-Founder, Writer & Creative Director
Lauren was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and has lived in nearby Tampa since 2017. She has more hobbies than she can count (in addition to her obsession with travel), from cooking to crochet to sewing, all of which fuel the creativity and passion that she brings to Jetset Seeker.
Lauren has been traveling her entire life, but her love of exploring the world really accelerated in college and continued well into adulthood. She set out a personal goal to visit 30 countries before turning 30 and she hit the milestone in October 2023! (For those wondering, country number 30 was Austria!)
Her travels are shaped not only by her love of art, architecture, culture, and food, but also by her own diverse family background: a mother born in Canada, grandparents from Poland and England, and Italian heritage of her father's side. That mix of cultures has always influenced the way she experiences places, whether she is taking a cooking class, exploring a historic neighborhood, or seeking out a museum to see a masterpiece in person.
Jetset Seeker began naturally when friends, family, and colleagues kept asking Lauren for travel recommendations. What started as helping others plan their own vacations, quickly became a way to blend creativity with experience, eventually growing into Jetset Seeker.
Get to know Lauren better:
- What's your favorite city you have visited? Sevilla, but I'm biased since I spent a semester living there in college!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? Madrid! As much as I adore Sevilla, I think I would be better suited to live in Madrid. I love the city's atmosphere.
- What is your favorite souvenir from your travels? It is hard to pick just one, but either an Oktoberfest-themed nutcracker that I bought in Munich or a hand-painted sangria pitcher I got in Segovia, Spain.
- What is the top travel destination on your bucket list? Seeing the Northern Lights in Lapland, Finland.

Brian Greenfader
Co-Founder, Photographer & Head of Social Media
Brian was born in New York and has called Tampa, Florida home since 2011. A devoted Tampa Bay Lightning fan, watch enthusiast, and amature photographer, he brings a mix of creativity, curiosity, and technical skill to Jetset Seeker.
Brian's love of photography began back in high school, where shooting as a hobby became a formative creative outlet. Today, that same passion fuels the brand's visual identity. Brian is the primary photographer behind the images featured on Jetset Seeker and across its social media channels, capturing destinations, food, architecture, and moments with a clean, intentional style.
Some of Brian's favorite childhood memories came from the family trips that first sparked his interest in exploring the world: ski vacations in Colorado and cruises to places like Alaska and Hawaii. Those early experiences still shape the way he approaches travel: with curiosity, appreciation, and a love for understanding the history behind each place.
Outside of Jetset Seeker, Brian works full-time as a HubSpot Account Executive. His background in SaaS, combined with his experience in SEO and data-driven content strategy, helps shape the content that Jetset Seeker produces.
Get to know Brian better:
- What's your favorite city you have visited? Tokyo! Tokyo has (in my opinion) the best food in the world and a culture that is unlike anything else. Plus, the watch scene is unparalleled!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? Paris, thanks to the incredible food scene, walkability, and an endless number of museums.
- What is your favorite souvenir from your travels? The matching gold rings that Lauren and I got in Kyoto, in honor of our second wedding anniversary.
- What is the top travel destination on your bucket list? A trip to see the pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo, Egypt.
Why You Can Trust Us
At Jetset Seeker, trust is the foundation of everything we publish. We only share firsthand travel experiences. Think: places we have actually visited, hotels we stayed in, restaurants we dined at, tours we took, and neighborhoods we explored on foot. If we haven’t personally done something, you will still only find it on our website after we have thoroughly researched and vetted it through reliable sources, local insight, and trusted travel partners. We never recommend anything we wouldn’t confidently do ourselves.
Every travel guide and blog we publish is backed by comprehensive research, from understanding a destination’s history and culture to comparing hotels, restaurants, museums, tours, and transportation options. We do not use AI to generate our travel guides or blog posts. Every recommendation, photo, and itinerary is created from firsthand experience and human expertise. When we plan a trip, we are transparent about the exact tools, resources, and methods we used, so you can plan your own travels with the same clarity and confidence.
We are also deeply committed to honesty and transparency in how we operate. Whenever a social media post, webpage, or blog includes a collaboration, sponsorship, or potential earnings, we clearly disclose it at the top of the page and mark it as sponsored or paid advertising. No hidden agendas, no misleading links, and no vague language. Jetset Seeker currently participates in a small number of carefully chosen affiliate marketing programs, including Expedia Group (Expedia, Hotels.com, & VRBO), GetYourGuide, GoWithGuide, and MegaPass. These partnerships never influence our opinions. Instead, they allow us to continue creating high-quality, free travel content at no additional cost to you.
Our promise is simple: Everything we share is grounded in real travel, honest insight, and genuine respect for your trust.
